Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

How long does delivery take for my order?

Delivery depends on your location. Orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days. We dispatch orders only on business days.

What is your refund policy?

Easy return or exchange is available only for damaged or defective products, not for sizes. To be eligible, please record a clear unboxing video showing the package and product, and share it within 2 days of receiving the order. Send the video on WhatsApp to 9220915859, and also email the video with the order details to support@aesthla.com. The exchange will be processed only after the unboxing video is verified.
